Local Pub Guides
Local CAMRA members have put together a selection of free guides to local pubs, covering the areas around Woodley, Twyford and Caversham.
Real Ale around Woodley and Twyford
The first guides were launched in February 2007 as part of National Pubs Week. The first covered Woodley, the second pubs in the vicinity of Twyford. They're currently being revised and so are not available for download, but you may be able to pick up a copy from one of the pubs featured.
Real Ale around Caversham
The Caversham guide was an altogether more ambitious affair and was launched in October 2008. It's shown on the right. Click here to download it (PDF, 339KB). You'll find the first page is upside down - that way it should fold up properly when it's printed out.
It features 15 pubs and a brewery, and covers Caversham itself plus Caversham Heights, Emmer Green, Playhatch, Dunsden Green and even a nearby pub south of the Thames. Featured are:
