LocAle
CAMRA LocAle is a new accreditation scheme to promote
pubs that sell locally-brewed real ale, reducing the number of
'beer miles' and supporting your local breweries. The new initiative promotes pubs stocking locally brewed real ale. It builds on a growing consumer demand for quality local produce and an increased awareness of 'green' issues.
More information will be added soon, including more details of the aims of the campaign and how to take part.
Already 17 local pubs are signed up to the scheme with more to come. Participating pubs in this area include:
- Allied Arms, Reading
